- By using this payment option, you agree to pay an additional 3% Internet processing fee.
If your payment is for a puppy deposit on an unlisted litter, you agree to the following additional Terms and Conditions:
- Your deposit is a request for reservation of a puppy. Payment of a deposit does not guarantee that you will receive a puppy from this litter, nor does it guarantee your preference. Your deposit must be confirmed by us via phone or email in order for your reservation to be guaranteed.
- The balance of the purchase price will be due in cash by the puppy’s eighth week of age, unless other arrangements have been made.
- Your deposit is non-refundable! Should you decide not to accept a puppy for any reason, your deposit will be forfeited.
- Your deposit confirms your agreement to pay the remainder of the purchase price on or before the puppy’s eighth week of age, and also that funds will be available to complete payment at that time. Should you fail to complete payment of the full purchase price by the puppy’s eighth week of age, your reservation and all monies paid will be forfeited and the puppy will again be made available for adoption.
- If you do not take posession of the puppy by the eighth week of age, a $10 per day boarding fee will be assessed.
